FOREVER HOME pet rescue adoption
event
JUNE 10th
 - AND PLANT
SALE!
Pet rescue adoption events are now being held monthly at
the Puget Sound Pet
Pavilion - 2505 South 80th Street in
Tacoma. The
next one will be this Sunday, June 10th from 12noon
to 5pm! So if you're thinking of adopting, be sure
to come by!
Bring plants for
the plant sale by 12n - all proceeds are going to the Forever Home
fund, which will be distributed equally among the participating
rescue orgs. Dig up and pot the volunteers in your
garden! SHARE THE
LOVE!
OH! And I almost forgot to tell you..... I'll
be there on hand for portraits of your pets, if you want to bring
them in for a session! And the best part...... every pet that's adopted at the event will be able to
have a FREE session of their new family member before they go home
that day!
Buddy will be there and he's available! (pictured to the right)

Desarae got the most votes and I will be sending her a gift
that is a really cool 10 pg mini-album, designed just for her,
using images from her session. (Next year this
will be done earlier in the year - before the busy spring season

 Walks with Thunder is quite a
guy! You'll love him! Yes, a real shaman. But
don't expect him to use feathers and props - that's not his
style. He does like to turn rose quartz white, though!
He can do a healing for you, help you get rid of pain, give you the
tools to help yourself.... He also holds classes and

Volunteer to be a foster home for or adopt a loving dog or cat! |
 Buddy is an
absolutely gorgeous 1 yr old chow mix and is so
sweet! I can't imagine but Rea (his foster mom) says he
was a matted, smelly, disgusting mess when they first got
him. He has a great foster home but
is looking for his forever home. If you'd like to find out
more about him, contact the Kindred Souls Foundation - a southend
animal rescue that I've recently become involved with. They
are doing wonderful things for the benefit of wayward pets in need
and everything is all volunteer - even the founding officers are
volunteer!
Kindred Souls is in great need of
foster homes. They get many calls in hopes to be able to take
in a dog or cat but they often have to put on a waiting list or even
turn them away because they simply have nowhere to place them!
Please, if you have the space in your
home and in your heart, consider becoming a foster home for a loving
little one! What a rewarding experience it is!
