General Procedures:
The session fee is required
to book your session. This fee is non-refundable. We will discuss location
options. You may have a location you know you want to use, and/or I'm happy
to offer you suggestions.
The session is held at a mutually agreed upon location and time. The
length of the session depends on the session purchased.
If,
for whatever reason, you need to reschedule your
session, you need to let me know a minimum of 48 hours in advance of
currently scheduled session. Any
less amount of time given for notification will need to pay a $75 reschedule
fee. No-shows will need to pay
another session fee.
The client is responsible for their own hair, makeup, clothing, and jewelry. You're welcome to visit a stylist and/or makeup artist
prior to your session.
The presentation
appointment is generally held approximately 2
weeks after the session. Occasionally this can be done in 1 week from the session.
Plan on approximately 2 hours for this appointment, and preferably with
nothing pressing scheduled immediately following. It usually doesn't take
that much time, but you don't want to be rushed when placing your order.
Placing your order is done at the presentation appointment. Therefore it's
important that all decision-makers are present at this time. The photographer
will be there to assist you every step of the way, showing you how certain
croppings and finishes will look and helping you to make your decisions. This
process is much better than the paper proofing of the past. With paper proofs
you were unable to see details up close nor visualize how an image will look
cropped to a certain size, or retouched. In addition, we are there to help you
get the best value for what you want.
All orders are custom, therefore payment is required at the time of
ordering. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and (local) personal checks are accepted.
Expect orders to take approximately 4 weeks to be completed. Some orders
may be done sooner, and some may have elements that may take them a little
longer. Orders may be rushed for additional charge.
You will be contacted when your order is ready for pickup.
